Allen Goodman has expertise in performance measurement, economic modeling and business process design. He has been working within the industries of financial services and management consulting since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1992.

In 1995, Mr. Goodman earned his Masters degree in Accountancy from DePaul University.

In 1995, Mr. Goodman founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company. In 1997, he joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a Business Valuation Consultant. In 1999, Mr. Goodman joined VIA International and worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, Allen formed Financial Products, Ltd., a business process design firm geared toward small and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Goodman currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Price Futures Group, Price Asset Management, and as CFO/FINOP for Atrium Securities, Inc.
