Walter Thomas Price III is Founder and Chairman of Price Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Price is Chairman and CEO of Price Holdings, Inc., which was formed in January of 2010 to be a 100% employee-owned parent company for Price Asset Management, Inc., Uhlmann Price Securites and Price Futures Group, for which Mr. Price also serves as CEO and President.
Mr. Price has been involved in the securities, cash commodities and commodity futures markets for more than 40 years as both a trader for his own account and as a broker. He is president, a registered principal, and associated person of Price Capital Markets Inc., with which he has been affiliated since February 1997. At Price Capital Markets, Mr. Price is ultimately responsible for overseeing all trading decisions Mr. Price has served as CEO of Beeland Management Company, LLC, which is wholly-owned by the Jim Rogers family’, since January of 2003 and is also a member of the Rogers International Commodity Index® Committee. Mr. Price is a graduate of the University of Texas and and a NFA principal.
John D. Reese is Chief Executive Officer of Price Asset Management, Inc. (PAM) and a member of the Board of Directors of Price Holdings, Inc. Mr. Reese was most recently Executive Managing Director and Senior Vice-President of Wells Fargo Asset Management's Evergreen Investments division. He was principally responsible for the European Credit Management Ltd. (ECM) investment subsidiary business in North America subsequent to its acquisition by Wachovia Bank in 2007, and Wachovia's acquisition by Wells Fargo in 2008. At the time of Wachovia's purchase of ECM, an institutional fixed income investment manager based in London, Mr. Reese was President of ECM Inc., the U.S. subsidiary, and a partner and member of the Board of Directors of ECM.
Before leaving to join ECM, Mr. Reese was employed by Merrill Lynch for over 20 years in a variety of capacities, including most recently as Managing Director in the Global Debt Markets division in New York, responsible for the Corporate, Insurance, and Pension Client Groups for North America; Head of Institutional Fixed Income Sales for Merrill's Midwest Region in Chicago; and Head of Global Sales for BondBook LLC, a Goldman Sachs/Merrill Lynch jointly sponsored electronic trading platform.
Mr. Reese earned a B.A. in Economics from Westminster College with continuing study focusing on behavioral finance, portfolio management strategies, and global macro at Harvard’s Kennedy School, University of Chicago’s Booth GSB, Wharton, and MIT. He holds FINRA Series 3, 5, 7, 8, 24, and 63 licenses.
In 2010, Mr. Reese formed Peak View Capital LLC (PVC), a private firm focused on partnering with asset management companies. PVC and Price Holdings formed a strategic partnership in 2011 which included Mr. Reese's assuming the position of CEO of PAM.
David F. Schink joined Price Asset Management, Inc. (PAM) as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel in 2012.
Prior to joining PAM, Mr. Schink was Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of Contego Capital Partners, LLC, a registered investment advisor specializing in hedge fund investing from 2004 to 2011. At Contego he was involved in strategic and day-to-day business management and was responsible for legal and regulatory risk management.
From 2000 to June 2004, Mr. Schink was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, where he represented private equity funds, registered investment advisors and other investment vehicles in a variety of transactions, including private equity fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, venture capital financings and joint ventures.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Schink was an associate at Sidley & Austin, where he represented financial institutions in structuring and negotiating structured finance and secured lending transactions, including mortgage-backed, trade receivables and insurance securitizations, collateralized loan obligations and senior secured credit facilities.
Mr. Schink holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Since 2011, Mr. Schink has been a managing partner in Peak View Capital LLC, a private firm focused on partnering with asset management companies.
Roxanne M. Bennett is Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Price Asset Management, Inc. (PAM), which she joined in February 2007, to develop new products and coordinate the marketing efforts of the existing products offered by Price Asset Management and its affiliates.
Prior to joining PAM, Ms. Bennett was a Director with ABN AMRO Inc., a bank owned futures commission merchant where she marketed clearing and execution services to commodity trading advisors and hedge funds. In 1999, Ms. Bennett was instrumental in the formation of ABN AMRO Clearing and Management Services (AACMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO WCS Holding Company. AACMS was a registered commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor. As a Managing Director, she was responsible for the structuring and arranging of alternative investment product which included portfolio design. AACMS worked closely with ABN AMRO London to customize several dynamic guarantee structures. Ms. Bennett also was a member of the investment committee for selecting commodity trading advisors and hedge funds to be on the approved list for allocations. In addition, Ms. Bennett oversaw the day-to-day administration, trading program analysis and risk management for various alternative investment products.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO Incorporated, Ms. Bennett’s involvement in the futures industry included marketing clearing and execution services for investment products and managed accounts traded by commodity trading advisors. Ms. Bennett joined Trading Development Corporation (“TDC”) as an equity owner in 1989. In 1994, TDC was dissolved and Ms. Bennett joined Chicago Corporation a small Investment Bank which was purchased by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 1997. From 1984 to 1989, Ms. Bennett was a Vice President with Refco Inc. and a Director of Refco Fund Holdings Corporation, a commodity pool operator.
Allen D. Goodman is the chief financial officer of Price Asset Management, Inc., which he joined in March 2001.
From January 2000 to March 2001, he served as founder and president of Financial Products, Ltd., a management consulting firm specializing in financial process re-engineering. From February 1999 to January 2000, he worked as a management consultant for Via International, preceded by service as a business valuation consultant for BDO Seidman LLP from May 1997 to February 1999. From February 1995 to May 1997, he founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company. Mr. Goodman holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and a M.S.A. in Accounting from DePaul University.
Keith Perry is Senior Vice President of Price Asset Management, Inc. and Senior Account Executive of Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC. Mr. Perry graduated with a BA in history from Elmhurst College in 1970.
As an Alternative Investment Specialist, Mr. Perry assists high net worth investors, family offices, institutional clients and retail investors with portfolio diversification through the recommendation and introduction of non-correlated investments to their existing mix of conventional investments.
These alternative investments include managed futures, fund of funds, hedge funds, derivative based Limited Partnerships and public offerings of multiple and single advisor CTA managed commodity pools.
Mr. Perry is an Associated Person of The Price Group, and is registered as an Associated Person of Uhlmann Price Securities, LLC. He is licensed and registered as both a Series 3 Commodity Broker and a Series 7, Series 63 Securities Broker. Mr. Perry also represented Price Asset Management as an advisory member of The Family Office Exchange and is a member of the Managed Futures Association.
Prior to joining The Price Group, Mr. Perry was Vice President of Marketing for KMC Investment Corporation: a Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator. As a Principal and Associated Person of KMC, his responsibilities were that of Compliance Officer and Sales and Marketing Director.
Krishnan Seshadri joined Price Asset Management, Inc. in March 2007, as Vice President responsible for fund accounting and administration.
From October 2006 to March 2007 he served as the Associate Director at UBS Securities LLC. From September 1999 to September 2006 he was the Vice President at ABN AMRO Incorporated, an affiliate of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where he was responsible for all day to day operations for fund administration and accounting. In September 2006, UBS acquired ABN AMRO Incorporated and Mr. Seshadri continued his responsibilities for overseeing the administration and fund accounting for the numerous funds either structured and arranged by ABN or for clients of ABN AMRO Incorporated. Mr. Seshadri developed fund accounting procedures and guidelines used for both funds sponsored by ABN and for clients of ABN.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO Incorporated, Mr. Seshadri served as Assistant Vice President at Sakura Dellsher. From August 1991 to March 1997 he served as Manager of Operations for Waldner & Company and its successor AAIMC. From March 1975 to August 1991 Mr. Seshadri held managerial positions at Syndicate Bank, one of the leading Banks in India.
Michelle A. Williams joined Price Asset Management, Inc. (PAM) in April 2007, as a Fund Accounting Associate. Ms. Williams has been involved in the marketing of the existing products offered by Price Asset Management and is involved with the Fund Accouting and administration.
Prior to joining PAM, Ms. Williams was a Junior Marketer for UBS Securities LLC, from October 2006 to March 2007. From July 2004 to October 2006, she was a Junior Marketer for the Futures division at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., of which the Futures division was acquired by UBS Securities LLC in October 2006. As a Junior Marketer, her responsibilities included working on presentations, spreadsheets, handled marketing materials as they pertained to our role as an Investment Manager, organized special events and worked with clients and brokers to open up new trading accounts.
From March 1998 to June 2004, Ms. Williams was with ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where she worked in a variety of groups, and had various roles at ABN AMRO such as Administrative Assistant and Administrative Coordinator.
In May 2003, Ms. Williams received her MBA in Management from Saint Xavier University, Graham School of Management in Chicago. In May 1997, she also earned a BBA in Business Administration / Computer Information Systems from Robert Morris College in Chicago. |
