Price Fund I, L.P. (PFI) is an SEC-registered, public multi-manager fund, which invests the assets of its investors in U.S. and international futures markets and other commodity interests.

As of September 21, 2007, the Price Fund I, L.P. is closed to new investors.

Fund Highlights
Allows access to select trading advisors at a substantially low minimum investment requirement of $5,000, $2,000 for IRA accounts.
   
Objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation with an emphasis on absolute returns and low correlation to traditional financial markets.
   
Utilizes a select group of independent trading advisors that engage in the speculative trading of futures contracts, options on futures contracts and forward contracts.
   
Employs a broad range of asset classes that have historically been shown to be non-correlated to U.S. equities and fixed income markets.
